If you try this, please be advised that there are software security and printer stability issues to consider when dabbling with legacy drivers and such. Anyhow, what you could try, I suppose, is to try out the 64-bit Windows 10 'HP LaserJet P1000-P1500 Hostbased Plug and Play Basic Driver' as found here: HP LaserJet P1006 Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support. You didn't find it because HP doesn't provide it -after all, this is a sort of a dated printer -first released 16 years ago, in September 2007, to be exact.
